I still remember my first trip to Hong Kong. When I flew home, I checked in at the gate and nearly fainted when the agent said to allow HALF AN HOUR to get to my gate. HALF AN HOUR?!?! But I soon realized why. That airport is freaking huge. ;)

Crystal Jade and Din Tai Fung are two of my usual haunts for my xia long bao fix in Kuala Lumpur too. There is another restaurant, Dragon-i, that serves this but I think it's a Malaysian chain (not a HK/Taiwanese one).

It's all goooood! :D
