@Mary, Shelly, Patty,
Looks like we are all positive about Korea : ).
@kbro, Thanks, our subway system is called MTR. Maybe you might also want to experience a tour on the tram which runs on the HK Island next time http://www.discoverhongkong.com/tramguide/eng/index.jsp . Enjoy.

Thanks for sharing your meal experience with us! I haven't been back to Korea in a long while (over 10 years), but your imagery and descriptions take me right back. Also, they are making me salivate as I would do just about anything to have some fall-of-the-bone chicken and some kimchi!

Just found your site and enjoyed looking thru it. I got to spend a week in Hong Kong alone last year and must say ~ I love that city!! Wow. What a place. I was spending 3 weeks in Taiwan visiting my brother and his family with my mother and grandmother, and skipped out for Hong Kong by myself to save my sanity (left the elders with my bro - it was his turn). Was back to Taiwan just in time for New Years. I can't wait to take my husband there, we will do some serious food exploring! I just got a MTR, or is it MRT? pass and jumped on the train. Then I would just get off and explore. Had the time of my life and did exactly what I wanted to do.

Korea has a big place in my heart. I love the beautiful sceneries, heritage, people and the food. I hope to go back again one day. Each time I eat Korean food, it brings back rich memories of my friends there and the lovely time that we had.

@Divina, Apart from their foods, Korea to me is also a good place to see the Sakura during Easter and red leaves during autumn. Hope you will soon take your trip to Korea and ... drop by Hong Kong :).
@Penny, Tell you what, I had actually finished 3 dishes of kimchi in this dinner.
